This furnace is flexible and can be used for a wide range of applications such as compounding, annealing, poly-crystalline and single crystal growth by melt or flux melt growth below 1100 oC. The furnace chamber is designed for low thermal loss and also low power consumption and is ideal for long time slow cooling single crystal growth. The high-quality insulation ensures fast heating and cooling times. External cooling device is integrated for faster cooling. The high-quality embedded Kanthal wires ensures the durability of the heating elements. Our temperature sensor is embedded within ceramic cap that minimizes sensor breakdown. With double wall design, the body surface temperature will remain below 60°C inside while maintaining maximum operating temperature of 1150 oC inside.
*Depending on user's choice we are offering a with two-way power switch to connect to both main power supply and UPS line. We can also provide suitable UPS for each furnace.
