These furnaces are flexible and can be used for a wide range of applications such as single crystal growth by melt or flux melt growth below 1100 oC. The furnace chamber is designed for low thermal loss and also low power consumption. It is ideal for long duration, slow cooling single crystal growth. The high-quality fibre insulation ensures fast heating and cooling times. The high-quality Kanthal wires ensures the durability of the heating elements. Our temperature sensor is embedded within ceramic cap that minimizes sensor breakdown. With double wall design, the body surface temperature will remain below 60 °C while maintaining maximum operating temperature 1200 oC inside.
*Depending on user's choice we are offering a with two-way power switch to connect to both main power supply and UPS line. We can also provide suitable UPS for each furnace.
